Return Policy:
We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our guidelines for returning products:
- Product Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@allspineeducators.com within 7 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Eligibility Criteria: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Digital products such as online courses and training materials are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
Shipping Policy:
We aim to provide efficient shipping services to our customers. Please review our shipping guidelines:
- Shipping Timelines: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Product Return Process: If you need to return a physical product, please follow the return process outlined in our Return Policy. For digital products, such as online courses, they are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
- Order Tracking: Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped. This allows you to track the status of your order until it reaches its destination.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and circumstances may arise that require refunds or cancellations. Please review our guidelines:
- Refund/Cancellation Timelines: Refund requests for offline training sessions must be submitted in writing to info@allspineeducators.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session start date to be eligible for a refund. A 100% refund will be issued within this period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.
- Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are subject to meeting the specified timelines and eligibility criteria outlined in our policies. Refunds will not be provided for digital products once accessed or downloaded.
- Cases of No Refund/Cancellation: Please note that digital products such as online courses and training materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions:
In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as instructor illness or inclement weather, All Spine Educators reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions without prior notice. In such cases, registered participants will be offered the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future session.
